99 Louise Hay Quotes That Will Change Your Life

Louise Hay was an American motivational author and one of the founder of the Hay House.

Her book, Heal Your Body, published in 1976 is considered one of the best books on the mind body connection. She later went on to publish the New York Times best-seller, You Can Heal Your Life.

Louise Hay experienced some terrible experiences in her life. She was raped at the age of 5, at 15 she got pregnant and gave up her newborn baby for adoption and at 50 she was diagnosed with cervical cancer.

While many people may have given up hope after diagnosis, what’s inspiring about Louise Hay is that she chose to take complete responsibility for everything in her life and came to the conclusion that her body was reacting to hatred and resentment to all the things that had happened to her. At that point she began treating herself with nutrition, reflexology and most importantly a regimen of self-love and forgiveness to heal her body, which she did successfully.

Through her books, audio and video training, Louise Hay had inspired thousands of people to heal their lives by changing their thoughts and loving themselves.

Below are 99 of the most inspirational Louise Hay quotes on self-love, affirmations and positive thinking that will change your life.
