Want to be happy everyday? Then ask yourself this question.
There are things right now that you can be happy about in your life and constantly reminding yourself of this on a daily basis will generally make you a happier person and positively impact those around you as well.
2. What am I excited about in my life now? What about that makes me excited? How does that make me feel?
If you ask yourself what you’re excited about in your life every morning then you’re going to find yourself getting out of bed a lot easier because you have so much to look forward to.
3. What am I proud about in my life now? What about that makes me proud? How does that make me feel?
Asking yourself what you’re proud of in your life now will do wonders for your self-image and self-esteem because it will improve the opinion you have of yourself…and if you feel good about yourself you’ll ultimately do more of what it takes to succeed.
4. What am I grateful about in my life now? What about that makes me grateful? How does that make me feel?
Gratitude is a practice that should be done daily if you want to experience more joy and success in your life. The benefits of daily gratitude are remarkable for ones state of mind.
5. What am I enjoying most in my life right now? What about that do I enjoy? How does that make me feel?
How would you feel about your day if you focused on joy and the things you love to do?
The truth is that we all have things we enjoy doing on a daily basis its easy to forget or undervalue those activities.
6. What am I committed to in my life now? What about that makes me committed? How does that make me feel?
This is a great question to ask in regards to the goals you’re working on now. It’s a great daily reminder as to why you’re doing what you’re doing.
7. Who do I love? Who loves me? What about that makes me loving? How does that make me feel?
Love is a powerful emotion that we should experience daily and it’s a lot easier to do so than you think! Practice self-love by asking yourself this question.
How To Effectively Ask Yourself Questions In The Morning
The main thing when you ask yourself these morning power questions is that you take the time to really think about the answers and feel the feelings.
After this becomes a habit what I found is that I was coming up with habitual responses, which isn’t a bad thing at all, but you want to make sure you’re focused in the present moment and really feel the feelings every morning.
That’s what makes the real difference.
After you make asking yourself these questions in the morning a habit you will notice a tremendous improvement in the quality of the life because you will be focusing on these powerful emotions and experiences on a daily basis…and it only takes about 5 minutes!
